TribeCTF 2025 is William & Mary’s flagship cybersecurity competition. Hosted by the CyberSecurity Center and co-located with &hacks XI, this event invites students of all levels to test their skills in: Reverse Engineering, Coding, Forensics, Cryptography, and more!

Prizes: $2,500 (1st), $1,000 (2nd), $500 (3rd)

Compete solo or in teams of up to 4. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned CTFer, all are welcome!

ACSAC 2025 (Annual Computer Security Applications Conference) is accepting applications for student conferenceships. Selected students will receive complimentary registration and a travel stipend to attend this prestigious cybersecurity research conference in Honolulu.

Notification Begins: October 17, 2025

Bonus: Conferenceship recipients are invited to participate in Tracerfire — a two-day hands-on incident response workshop covering reverse engineering, forensics, network analysis, and more.

William & Mary TribeCyber wins CyberForge 2025

TribeCyber took first place among 40+ teams at CyberForge 2025, a two-day intercollegiate CTF hosted by Christopher Newport University. Sponsored by Deloitte, the challenge tested technical prowess in real-world cyber scenarios. W&M’s winning team included Lily Gloudemans, Nicolas Janis, Walker Knapp, and Zachary Boden.


📢 TribeCyber Has Spoken: 2nd in the Nation, 1st in the East (NCL Spring 2025) 📢

TribeCyber NCL Red Team Spring 2025

TribeCyber’s Red Team ranked 2nd nationwide and 1st in the East in the Spring 2025 National Cyber League (NCL). Competing against 10,000 participants from 500+ colleges, the team demonstrated unmatched skill, teamwork, and preparation — a major milestone for W&M’s cybersecurity program.
